Here is good news for those who are concerned about environmental issues. Sony today introduced five new Mercury-Free (0%) Mini Alkaline batteries that will be launched in August 2010. These “green” batteries are specially designed for everyday applications, such as watches, calculators, toys and portable game consoles. Unfortunately, there is no further info about the pricing of these environmental friendly batteries. [
