Nokia will release two new CDMA phones for the Chinese market in the form of the Nokia 6702 Slide and Nokia 1706. The Nokia 6702 Slide is a simple slider phone that runs on the Symbian OS. This handset features a 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, a built-in dual-LED flash, a 2.6-inch (240 x 320) LCD screen, Bluetooth wireless connectivity, support for USB and Java MIDP 2.0 applications. Unfortunately, there is no further info about the specification of the Nokia 1706 candybar smartphone. Both cell phones should be expected to become available in China very soon.
